While at Kohler I contributed to the design and production process for small marketing projects as well as large high-visibility campaigns and events. Kohler isn’t just kitchen and bathroom fixtures, the company has many businesses in the hospitality space.
International Yoga Day is an event celebrated every year in Kohler hosted by Yoga on the Lake. Because of the pandemic, we did not have appropriate photography for the 2020 poster. With this redesign I wanted the style to better align with the simple stylish aesthetic of Yoga on the Lake. I created an abstract image using some of the colors from the international yoga day logo.
In collaboration with the Associate Creative Development Manager, I developed updated creative for the annual holiday market at the American Club in Kohler, WI. Our focus was on celebrating winter in Kohler in a more non-denominational way. The copy and design were inspired by some of the communities that have called Kohler home.
One of the businesses I frequently designed for was the Kohler Water Spas. With locations in Wisconsin and Illinois the collateral included a mix of site specific photography and general brand imagery. Pieces were often adapted for each spa location.
While working at Kohler I also assisted the HR team with internal pieces for general awareness and employee events/activities. One such request was for collateral for the new internal my IT portal including templates for TV slides, emails and documents/posters.
As part of an initiative by HR, I was tasked with redesigning a provided poster for the Kohler Choose Your Well program. Supervised by the Senior Creative Designer, I focused on creating a piece that showed examples of the "4 pillars of wellness" that Kohler employees should aim for.
